- operate effectively in a multicultural, and geographically flexible environment
- solve impeding challenges, whether of technical, business, cultural, or simply of timing nature
- manage expectations adequately, not only the customer ones, but also from others
- communicate effectively in English, written & spoken
If You Have?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 5+ years of experience as a Developer
- competence to lead & mentor Junior Developers
- ability to create timelines and development goals
- capability to shape an intelligent solution that fits the problem
- demonstrable experience in developing customer-facing applications
- solid experience in APIs & application integrating
- good experience in security and privacy by design
- firm experience in setting up and using CI/CD Pipelines
- effective experience in QA automation
